I had a boil over in the oven and when I took the baker out of the oven, I was amazed. The food flaked off with my finger and it was very easy to clean. From that point on, I put all my pyrex away and never used it again. I was totally awe inspired by the stoneware. Keeps food hotter longer and cooks like cast iron. I have been using it ever since and I&#160; will never use anything else.</p><p><br/></p><p>We were the first in the Wilkes-Barre area to sell polish pottery.
